Our Story

Three generations. Six decades. One standard of service.

A family-owned Atlanta warehousing story — one that began as a plan to pay down debt and became a calling passed from grandfather, to father, to son.

Early 1960s

A warehouse bought to pay down a debt.

In the early 1960s, Todd's grandfather was $60,000 in debt from a string of failed real estate ventures. He bought a warehouse business with a simple plan: run it just long enough to clear the debt, then sell it and move on. Instead, it became the family's calling for the next six decades.

1965 – 1978

A second generation, and a family at the helm.

In 1965, Todd's father joined the business. By 1978, he and Todd's grandmother had taken over operations — steadying the company through the shifts of a changing industry while quietly building a base of long-standing customers, many of whom are still Fulton clients today.

1992 – 1994

Third generation, and a strategic move to Atlanta.

Todd joined the family business in 1992, straight out of school. Two years later, at the request of one of Fulton's largest customers, the company relocated to Atlanta's Fulton Industrial district — a move that gave clients tax-free inventory storage and put the warehouse at the center of the Southeast's supply chain. Both advantages continue to benefit clients today.

Today

From 40,000 sq. ft. partially racked — to 83,000 sq. ft. fully racked.

The facility has grown from a 40,000 sq. ft. partially racked space to a fully racked 83,000 sq. ft. warehouse — and it stays busy. High occupancy is the clearest evidence of what has always driven the business: clients who stay, and referrals from clients who tell others. Three generations later, the standard hasn't changed.
