Questions & Answers
Frequently asked questions.
Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most often about storage, shipping, and how we operate.
What products do you specialize in?
We specialize in storing paint and related materials, hazardous and non-regulated materials in bags, pails, drums, supersacks, and totes.
Will you provide cycle counts?
Yes — a full physical inventory count is conducted once per year for each client, with cycle counts for specific products available as needed or by request.
What WMS do you use?
Fulton Warehouse runs Excalibur WMS from Camelot 3PL Software — a technology partnership dating back to 2014 — with the newest version deployed in April 2026. It tracks item numbers, lot numbers, DOT descriptions, quantities, packing units, and racking locations, and produces pick tickets, packing lists, and Bills of Lading. It also supports electronic inventory tracking and invoicing, and clients can request password access to view their own inventory.
How do you receive orders from your clients?
Current clients email orders to Fulton Warehouse — a reliable way to receive orders and maintain real-time communication.
Do you work with my preferred carriers?
Yes — each client, their customer, and/or their logistics partner can select their preferred carrier for each load.
Do you have ship method mapping?
Supply chain managers at each client work directly with their customers to define shipping methods.
What is your on-time shipping performance?
Same-day orders are shipped as long as the LTL carrier has not already picked up at Fulton Warehouse. An additional charge applies for same-day orders received after 10 AM.
Do you unload floor-loaded containers?
Yes. Fulton Warehouse unloads floor-loaded import containers by hand and restacks the product onto pallets for storage or distribution.
Do you offer order picking and kitting?
Yes. Fulton picks orders down to the individual unit — even single cylinders or containers pulled from bulk pallets — and assembles multi-SKU kits ready to ship.
