It is a standing program rather than a one-off storage arrangement — the same inventory cycling through the building week after week.
The product mix is the mix we know: paint and related materials, hazardous and non-regulated, in bags, pails, drums, supersacks, and totes, plus general palletized goods.
How it works at Fulton
Inbound receipts are entered into Excalibur WMS from Camelot 3PL Software with item numbers, lot numbers, DOT descriptions, quantities, packing units, and racking locations. Floor-loaded import containers are unloaded by hand and restacked onto pallets before they enter the rack.
Clients email orders in for real-time processing. The WMS produces pick tickets, packing lists, and Bills of Lading, and handles electronic inventory tracking and invoicing. You, your customer, or your logistics partner select the carrier on every load. Same-day turnaround is available when timing allows — as long as the LTL carrier has not already picked up — with an additional charge on same-day orders received after 10 AM.
Orders can be picked to the unit and assembled into multi-SKU kits when a customer needs everything in one package.
