Temperature-Controlled Storage
Temperature-controlled storage in Atlanta, Georgia.
Fulton Warehouse provides temperature-controlled warehouse space that protects paints, coatings, adhesives, and other temperature-sensitive products from extremes. It's for shippers whose safety data sheets specify a storage range and whose product can't sit in an unconditioned building.

What we store
Temperature-controlled warehouse space for products that carry a minimum or maximum temperature spec — paints, coatings, adhesives, and related materials whose performance changes if they freeze or bake. If the safety data sheet names a storage range, this is the space for it.
Product arrives and ships in the same packing units we handle across the facility: bags, pails, drums, supersacks, and totes, palletized and racked.
How it works at Fulton
Temperature-controlled inventory is tracked in Excalibur WMS from Camelot 3PL Software exactly like the rest of the building — item numbers, lot numbers, DOT descriptions where applicable, quantities, packing units, and racking locations — so you always know what is on hand and where it sits.
Orders come in by email for real-time processing. The system generates pick tickets, packing lists, and Bills of Lading, and you or your logistics partner choose the carrier on each load. Same-day shipping is available if the LTL carrier has not already picked up; an additional charge applies to same-day orders received after 10 AM.
Clients can request password access to check inventory levels electronically at any time.
Who this is for
Manufacturers and distributors of temperature-sensitive chemical products who have been storing inventory in space that was never designed for it — trailers, unconditioned buildings, or overflow that swings with the Georgia seasons. Programs are sized to your business, from a handful of pallets through ongoing distribution volume.
Many of our temperature-controlled clients also store regulated product with us, so a single Atlanta address covers both sides of their inventory.
Why Atlanta
Our 83,000 sq. ft. fully racked facility at 266 Villanova Dr. S.W. sits beside I-20, I-75, and I-285, which shortens the time sensitive product spends on a trailer. Shorter transit legs and a central Southeastern position mean fewer hours outside a controlled environment between the dock and your customer.
Fulton has run from this part of Atlanta as a family business since 1965, now under third-generation ownership.

Can temperature-controlled product also be hazmat?
Yes. We store hazardous and non-regulated materials, and handling is DOT-compliant with proper segregation and documentation.
How do I check inventory levels?
Clients can request password access and check inventory levels electronically at any time through our Excalibur WMS.
What is your on-time shipping performance?
