Hazmat Chemical Storage
Hazmat chemical storage in Atlanta, Georgia.
Fulton Warehouse stores hazardous and non-regulated chemical products — paint, coatings, and related materials — under DOT-compliant handling in our 83,000 sq. ft. Atlanta facility. It's built for manufacturers and distributors whose inventory carries a DOT description and needs to be handled by people who do this every day.

What we store
Fulton Warehouse stores paint, coatings, and related chemical products — both hazardous and non-regulated — in bags, pails, drums, supersacks, and totes. If your product ships in one of those packing units and carries a DOT description, it is the kind of inventory this warehouse has handled for decades.
Chemical inventory is not general freight, and we do not treat it that way. Handling is DOT-compliant and built around the realities of regulated product: proper segregation on the floor, accurate documentation on every movement, and safe handling from the moment a trailer backs into the dock to the moment the outbound BOL is signed.
How it works at Fulton
Everything is tracked in Excalibur WMS from Camelot 3PL Software. Each receipt is captured at the item level — item numbers, lot numbers, DOT descriptions, quantities, packing units, and racking locations — so the paperwork matches the pallet and the pallet matches the rack.
Outbound, the system produces pick tickets, packing lists, and Bills of Lading directly from that same record. Clients email their orders in for real-time processing, and you or your logistics partner select the carrier on every load. Same-day shipping is available as long as the LTL carrier has not already picked up; orders received after 10 AM carry an additional charge.
You can also request password access to view your own inventory electronically, so quantities on hand and lot detail are available without a phone call.
Who this is for
Paint and coatings manufacturers, adhesive and sealant producers, and chemical distributors who need a warehouse that understands regulated product rather than one that merely accepts it. Storage programs are sized to your business — a few pallets of a single SKU or an ongoing program across dozens of lot-controlled items.
Because Fulton is family-owned and third-generation — the same Atlanta operation since 1965 — the person answering the phone about your hazmat inventory is the person who knows where it sits.
Why Atlanta
The 83,000 sq. ft. fully racked facility sits at 266 Villanova Dr. S.W., minutes from I-20, I-75, and I-285. That places regulated chemical inventory on the Southeast's main interstate spine, within reach of the ports of Savannah, Charleston, and Brunswick and a day's drive of a large share of the U.S. population.
